FIRST TIME IN FLORENCE
There’s no better way to explore a new city than on foot, where you can take in the sights, sounds, scents, and scenery first-hand. Choose how much time you want to spend with us and we will help you see the city through our eyes. Three hours, one morning or an evening are not long enough to discover the city. Florence deserves more time, but a first “taste” will leave you with the desire to return. We suggest a brief itinerary which will allow you to see the “essential” sights. Florence’s attractions largely center around art, starting from the finest works of the Italian Renaissance, included the masterpieces of Botticelli and Leonardo, Michelangelo’s David and Brunelleschi’s Dome. Let us guide you through the most important Florentine museums and explore with us the magnificent Boboli Gardens and enjoy a stroll up the most important streets of the old Florence, along the Arno river and over the Ponte Vecchio.
Want to know more? Off the beaten paths there are hidden treasures and less touristic corners to help you better understand the history and beauty of Florence.
Our themed tours are the best way to dive into the history, art and traditions of the city. Join us in following Dante’s and the Medici family’s footsteps, or be enchanted by the beauty of the Medici villas.
